Refund policy
We want you to love your guide. If for any reason it doesn't work for your family, email hello@therealtalkparenting.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by card, you'll see the refund on your statement within 1–2 billing cycles depending on your bank.
You don't need to return the PDF. Keep it. We hope something in it helps.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to hello@therealtalkparenting.com from the address you used for purchase.
- Subject line: Refund request.
- Include the name of the guide and (if you have it) the order number from your receipt.
- That's it. We don't need an explanation.
Outside the 7-day window
After 7 days we generally can't issue a refund — but if something has gone genuinely wrong (file won't download, wrong file delivered, you bought the wrong thing), email us anyway. We'll figure it out.
Bundles and discounts
The Parent Survival Pack is refunded as a single bundle — you can't keep two of the three guides and return one. If you want only one or two of the guides, buy them individually instead.
Sales-tax refunds
All sales and tax handling are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. When we issue a refund, any applicable sales tax is refunded with it automatically.
